Dried Food Making

Students had the chance to learn how to cut and make dried fruits. They used apples in this activity. Pete Weimer, also known as Uncle Petey to most students, took a few hours of his day to spend the time teaching those who wanted to learn. He even added teaching his skills of seasoning and grilling fresh fish to his activity as a bonus!
