Christmas SFG Program 2013
The annual SFG Christmas Program was held on Sunday, December 15th. Each SFG class group was assigned a part in the program. Sophomores Keneah Torralbo and Cheyenne Billie ushered the program welcoming students and staff. Seniors started off the program with a classic Christmas carol. The group sang “Jingle Bells” as well as played a fun, interactive Christmas musical chairs game with selected and volunteer student body members. The students let out their competitive sides and fought hard for their musical chair leaving the student body cheering on for students and ultimately laughing at the fun. The Junior class sang “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” Sophomores presented two Christmas carols: the first was sung by a group of all girls “Deck the Halls” and the second song was a duet between the boys and the girls singing “Baby, It’s Cold Outside.” The Freshman class conducted a Native traditional spin story to the “12 Days of Christmas” and sang a rendition of “What’s This?” from “The Nightmare Before Christmas” movie. The students have been working on their parts since November and had fun presenting their carols and activities to each group. The program was finished off with Christmas cookie and drink refreshments!
