Ice Fishing

On January 17th, a small group of students went to Otter Creek for the first ice fishing trip this school year. For many, this was their first time out on the ice! Staff, Ryne, has many years experience in fishing and enjoys sharing his knowledge with our students. Freshmen, Tejon Begay and Loren Richards, said, “our first reaction was being scared to walk out on the ice. Then after awhile we got used to it. The scary part is hearing the ice crack a little beneath your feet.”
