Last Minute Clean-Up!

Although the activity was not scheduled on the calendar, Herrera (also known as “Grandma”) made a last minute decision to clean around the campus on Sunday, September 2nd . She was given compliments from neighbors of how beautiful the campus was, but looking around she noticed how much attention it really needed. There were cement chunks and pieces left laying around from the new fence, twigs seen everywhere on the grass, fallen leaves that needed to be raked and bagged, and overgrown tree limbs. The entire student body and staff were called out to clean, and everyone pitched in their part in the clean up without any complaints. Some students even said they have never cleaned outside before, but were eager to learn. In the end, the last minute clean up decision was a success. Thanks to our boys, girls, and staff for all their help and participation.
