Pumpkin Patch and Hayride

The weather was perfect on Saturday, October 12th for pumpkin patch picking. Two groups of RRH students loaded up the SUV’s and headed off just South of small town of central to the Hansen Pumpkin Patch. Students arrived to a bustle of local residents enjoying the perfect October weather and taking advantage of one of the season’s best festivities. The students loaded up on top of 1 of 4 tractor hay rides transporting individuals from the main parking lot area to the pumpkin and squash fields. Each student attending had the opportunity to pick out a large pumpkin for them to carve and take home. In addition, students also were given unlimited access to take home mini sized pumpkins! In addition to the hay rides, students could also ride the fun mini 360 degree spinning rides set up by the Hansen staff! Overall students loved the festivities and had a blast that early afternoon!
